Quality materials for the slow maturating

Brick and wood were selected for the construction of the Cellars of Granges Narboz.

Similar to the stone at Fort St. Antoine, the natural qualities of these materials foster an atmosphere suited to mature the Marcel Petite ‘Premiers Crus.’ The “Premier Cru” wheels are aged here for 10 to 14 months at 10 ° C.

Our selection of Marcel Petite ‘Bons Crus,’ is also matured in these cellars from four to nine months at 13 to 15 ° C.
